This page’s purpose is to display some art I’m working on for the game’s storyline. I’m no professional; I’m just learning Photoshop. I’m sure many of you people could do much better than this, but oh well. Here’s some art:
AHH! No Hands! I too suffered from the fear of drawing hands. I still feel my hands are sub-par, but now I force myself to draw hands all the time.
Not trying to give you a hard time, because I truly understand. I recommend taking pictures of peoples’ hands in various positions and bringing them into Photoshop. First trace ’em a bunch, then just use the photos for reference, and then ditch them altogether.
Other than that, you have a very solid base. Keep up the development of your game!
Thanks for your advice. While I’m totally against tracing (it’s a waste of time), I definitely agree that I need to draw more hands.. one of these days I’ll get to it.
Looks good. I like the style of art you do it’s not all solid and blocked but flowing and chill. If that makes sense. Good luck and can’t wait to see the project(as well as your last tutorial!)
You can certainly draw a heck of a lot better than I can. I somehow manage to mess up on stick figures.
